Quick answers for finding tools, keeping your work organized, and troubleshooting results.
Do I need an account?
No. The tools are available without creating an account. Favorites and recent tools are stored in this browser rather than synced to an account.
How do I find a tool quickly?
Use the search on the homepage or tool directory. You can search by a task such as JPG to PDF or Google CSV. Press Ctrl+K on Windows/Linux or Command+K on Mac to open search from any page. Enter opens the first result; Tab and the arrow keys let you browse.
How do favorites and recent tools work?
Select the star beside a tool to save it. Use Favorites in the directory to find it again. Recent tools remembers up to 12 tool names on this device. You can clear the list or disable recording in the Recent view. Uploaded files and tool inputs are not included in these lists. Private browsing or clearing site data can remove your saved lists.
Are my files uploaded?
The image, PDF, text, and data conversion tools process files in your browser. OCR downloads its recognition engine and English language data from this site and then reads the image locally. The SEO Analyzer is different: it sends public URLs to a proxy that fetches those pages. Use public website URLs with that analyzer.
Why is a download or copy button unavailable?
Run the tool first and check any input errors. Output controls appear when a result is ready. Clipboard access can be blocked by browser permissions; use Download when available. Check your browser's downloads list and site permissions if a file does not appear where you expect.
Why is image or PDF processing slow?
Large files use browser memory and CPU. Try a smaller batch, close other heavy tabs, or use a desktop browser. Supported file types and limits are listed on each tool. An image-only scan is not the same as a PDF with selectable text, and an encrypted PDF may require a supported password workflow.
Which OCR languages and files are supported?
The current OCR tool reads printed English from PNG, JPEG, and WebP images. Convert PDF pages to images first. Clear, upright text usually works best. Handwriting, complex tables, and low-resolution scans may require substantial corrections. Review the extracted text before using it.
Does an SEO score guarantee better rankings?
No. Previews, template scores, and audit checks help find issues or compare drafts. Search engines make their own indexing and ranking decisions. Verify deployed changes, use current search-engine documentation, and review actual performance in context.
